The National Weather Service is forecasting 4 to 12 inches of snow in Boulder amid a winter storm warning starting Tuesday night that could bring power outages and broken tree branches to the city that’s had a mild winter thus far.
Snow started falling in Northern Colorado Tuesday morning as a storm moved into the state, expected to bring several inches of accumulation. There were clashes during a protest near a synagogue on the Upper East Side.
